Return Policy
Phailozoo offers a 30-day return policy for all orders. All return claims must be filed no later than 30 days from the date of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection and verification by Phailozoo. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. NO HOLIDAY exception, return rules apply all year long.
New Unopened, Unused, or Unwanted Items
You may return any new unopened, unused, or unwanted items within 30 days. The packaging must be in the same condition as when originally received. When choosing to return an item yourself, using a service of your choice, you are solely responsible for the cost charged by the chosen service. Phailozoo will not reimburse you for any costs or fees incurred. Phailozoo is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned by you, the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be apply, the 10% restocking fee is based on the product price.
Any opened items, items that are removed from their original packaging, items having visible indications that the packaging was opened or opened cases that are no longer factory sealed are not eligible for return.
Defective or Damaged Items
All Defect and Damage Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery. The order/invoice number and images indicating the issue must also accompany each claim.
Any defective item or any item deemed to be damaged in transit may be exchanged for a replacement of the same item pending item availability. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item. Contact info@savigintl.com to begin processing your claim.
Return Shipping Fees
If the return is because of our error, or a damaged, or defective product, we will cover any return shipping fees as long as you complete the return through a Pre-Authorized Return Label (RMA) provided by info@savigintl.com
If the return is for any other reason than stated above, Phailozoo is not responsible for any return shipping fees. You, the customer, are solely responsible for all shipping costs without reimbursement. Phailozoo is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
Refused and Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped.
Refunds
We issue refunds on returns only after the product has been received and processed. Please allow for 1-2 Business days processing. Depending on your payment method, refunds are posted as indicated below:
Credit Cards: 3-5 business days to post.
PayPal: Most refunds post immediately, however, depending on your original PayPal funding source or the speed of your financial institution this could take up to 30 days.
Any return without prior authorization from Phailozoo will be delayed and potentially ineligible for a refund.
