I had to get this 24 gallon, that I haven’t set up yet for my pac man frog, after falling in love with my 120. Even though this size was being discontinued, customer service went above and beyond to track down one overseas and got it to me. The colors are so pretty I will have to get more for my other reptiles too. Great quality and super simple to assemble.

I am OBSESSED with the pink tanks and so is my ball python!! The colors are absolutely beautiful and such great quality. It literally took me less than 30 minutes to put together by myself, it’s light weight but still very durable and sturdy. I loved the 120 gallon so much that i had to buy the matching pink smaller one. I had contacted customer service to help me and they were so beyond kind and helpful!

Very light weight and easy to put together. Just only the bottom panel is sealed so water will leak out if anything spills. Also it doesn’t come with a door lock so keep that in mind

I’ve noticed one in a while part of the enclosure will have a slight bend. Like let’s say one of the corner parts at the end is so slightly bent it that it causes the other parts to not want to fit. I’ve had to bend the parts back into shape. Very small minimal detail

Winston loves his enclosure, however the instructions were a bit tricky. The wall frames have to go in a certain order for the doors and sides to fit but I believe only 2 were labeled. Other than that the process went smoothly. The enclosure is very high quality and the doors open and close beautifully.

The only small issue was that the frame arrived with one small section of the grooves bent in and I had to use a screwdriver to open it up so the acrylic could slide in.

Purchased the 120 gallon tank and cabinet spacer and it was incredibly easy to set up and everything is just the highest quality. I had a challenge with one of the cabinet doors jamming, I was able to reach out to the help site their website and their team was amazing in helping find a solution. I will be purchasing more items from Phailozoo in the future
