Here are some frequently ask questions, and we have the answers for ya~
Are those enclosure stackable?
Absolutely! Our V1 stackers are ONLY work for 50 gallon ones. Our V2 stackers work on all Phailozoo enclosures. Just remember, these Phailozoo reptile tanks are rebels. They won't jive with stackers from any other brand. So make sure to keep 'em in their own league!
Lock Recommandation?
While our lock development may take a while (our production director Jack is busyyy doing everything!), rest assured that we've designed our tank with small door gaps and used tempered glass for the doors. No small reptiles will get stuck and meet their untimely demise between those doors! In the meantime, we have some recommendations for you as well! Make sure you get two locks for both sliding doors.

How to install the stackers?
Make sure you unscrew the 4 top corners of the bottom enclosure, and the 4 bottom corners of the top enclosure.
Take 4 corner screws of the bottom enclosure out before you install the stackers on.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally outside of the US?
We are currently only send to within the state and Canada. If you want to ship item outside of the U.S and Canada, please email us your address and we will quote you for the shipping. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
